TF2 Xbox Community...Welcome!
Hello Everyone! Welcome to the TF2 Xbox News Website! The only place to find topics, events, hosters, modders content, and a ton of other things related to Team Fortress 2 for the Orange Box on Xbox!
Our plan is to make this a hub for players to come by from time to time to see what people in the community have been looking for out of this almost 18 year old game. We will show off screenshots, clips, modded content works in progress, and what ever else people may find interest in. For instance, check out this Dustbowl clip from @Pikagir in the TF2 Xbox Discord!
We look forward to showcasing a CLIP OF THE WEEK! Where we look through submissions on the Discord and find what will fit for a glorious kill, an epic save, or a comedic moment. We also would love to showcase artwork, screenshots, and community videos/animations.
Perhaps we host our very own Saxxy awards! Going for categories and themes for best clip/animation of the year! Winners will be prized with cash rewards! In due time though. That would take dedication and a bit of analytics of this website. BUT if and when we do go forward with it we will update you here.
Whats next?
We greatly hope to bring a new experience to the Team Fortress 2 Xbox community with a fresh and opening way to hear from you the player on what you would like to see from this forgotten game and how we can refill a space in the game that makes it feel new and connected with all kinds of gamers around the community and outside of it. As always, we and community are always open to inviting old and new players of TF2 to our space on this vast universe we call the Internet. There is always space to hear what players have to say about the game and what they want for it in the years to come that keep the game going strong!
Keep your tabs open for this page for updates and other news/showcases we have to offer. If the modding side peaks your interest you can always see what mod makers are working on in the Modding Community tab. You can also check out Hosters tab to see which servers/players to look out for so you have the fun experience you are looking for.
Thank you so much Valve for giving the players who may not have the ability to play the current PC version of Team Fortress and keeping the support for the Xbox servers going. Thank you Cosmos team for finding new ways to keep the scene fresh and comparable to the PC port of TF2 as well as all the resourceful modders out there. Thanks to the Discord for having a community for people to go to in the first place. And thank you....the player, for continuing to keeping the community a...well community! None of this innovation and upkeep would be possible with out you!
Alright enough of the sob sesh its time to FIGHT!!!! WE HAVE A WAR TO WIN MAGGOT!!!
